Every time we come here its a dissappintment. This time we ordered a Big Mac Meal with a milkshake. We got a random pop with the meal and charged us extra for the milkshake. And the burger bun was torn up? Plus they don't serve ice cream after 7pm even though they are open 24 hours. For $30 bucks go to a real restaurant.

Since I am a fairly regular visitor to the Brandon restaurants, the customer service has gone down hill since the franchise group (Brandon restaurants) owners changed. They are less polite and responsive to complaints and the management are only interested in profitability. The restaurant cleaning has also got terrible!
