Dropped off my machine and got it back within a few hours! Not sure it's always like that but today i was provided with exceptional service, kind communication, clear pricing and fast turn around. ! Thank you again! Also drop off and pick up and payment all covid safe. 5/5 highly recommend

I dropped my Janome MC6600 off badly in need of a tune up, and had it back before noon the next day running as though it were brand new! Not only was the tune up done, Rick also fixed my thread cutter which hadn't been working in forever. I would highly recommend Rick. Phenomenal service, thank you so much!!!

I needed a jam cleared on my sewing machine and I was very pleased with the great service I got here. In addition, there were other issues fixed that I didn't even know about. I would not hesitate to return anytime.
