Very unprofessional staff. They are refurbishing our condo elevators and start drilling and banging at 7am although the agreed time is 9am to 5pm. Staff wants to start early so they can go home early without any respect for other people’s …
They seem to be a good firm. I spoke with some of the instalation staff. Very nice guys who shared progress on the instalation in our building. 2 cars finished. The equipment they installed is very nice. Quiet, fast and comfortable.
Very disrespectful and lazy staff. Spend most of their time taking breaks and on their phone which has led the project to drag on. Senior management is also not very responsive to customer concerns.
