Prior to my arrival, I was not informed that wearing a mask was required, however when I reached the clinic, I was asked to purchase a single-use mask on the spot for an additional fee. This was frustrating as I had brought my own mask and was not prepared to pay extra. The receptionist was not apologetic and seemed annoyed with my request for clarification. Overall, this experience left a negative impression.

The two older ladies at the reception always seem to be in a bad mood and are not helpful when patients ask basic questions. It would be great if the clinic could train their receptionists to be more friendly and patient with patients.
