I’m so happy I went with their services for the dresses. They cleaned both dresses beautifully and the preservation process was done very well. The dresses came back looking brand new. Highway robbery prices! Went in for wedding dress alteration -only hem and bustle; as they were simple alterations. Was charged an outrageous price for these simple alterations. After picking up my dress, I noticed that the hem was not even and some parts were longer than others. The bustle was also not done properly and fell apart during the reception. When I tried to discuss these issues with the staff, they were rude and dismissive. Definitely would not recommend!
