Staff that is educated on the products they sell. They carry instruments for musicians of any skill level and for those just learning. They used to run a rent-to-own program for students (as well as monthly rentals) and I imagine they still do. I love this place because the location is very central, plenty of parking (on weekdays, as the weekends can get busy). The pricing is very competitive, things are always in stock and the people who work here truly do love music. Hands down, the best musical instrument store in town.
