Very helpful and knowledgeable with my inquiries. They offer many great services and in my case shipped an item from their Halifax store to their New Minas store with no extra charges! hopefully taking some instruments in for repair soon!
They are so kind, and welcoming. I know nothing about how to play a guitar, but I bought a cheap one to learn on, and they called me when it arrived, as I was picking it up they gave me a bunch of free picks, and gave it a free tune (even though it will need a lot more lol).
