The firm got very busy with Asian builder, so the price is probably the highest in the city. Call around other Surveyors for better service and pricing. Also the Customer service is very poor. Do not recommend. Stay away. Both me and my clients have used them before. Will stay away from them henceforth.
Quick, efficient, and helpful. Report came to us by email 1 week after survey was completed. It was easy to reach our surveyor by phone when we had an inquiry about how to read the land survey document. And they had the lowest price amongst 3 companies we looked into.
Ivan is always professional, provides great communication, and has a wealth of knowledge. LNLS provides the documentation on time - when they say they will. I highly recommend their services.
