Worst brokers for us/Canada. Takes hours to even start looking at your shipment. And now this is happening every week. I wonder why even shippers hire livingston. Please do yourself and drivers a favor . Either hire more staff or shut down as other broker do a fantastic job like ups, seva and many more.
Hands down the WORST customs broker out there. Always terribly slow and poor service. They had a so called "power outage" on Monday this week and still have none of their systems up and running. This is the second time in a few months. Completely unacceptable.

Worst experience with Livingston International. They are extremely slow and provide poor service. I have had multiple issues with them and regret choosing their services. They are unable to clear shipments at the border efficiently. UPS and Seva are much better options for customs brokerage.
