They don't sell parts to homeowners only to wholesalers. Wholesalers won't sell you the part unless they come to install it. It's a "regulated industry". Not sure who is writing these other good reviews? Strange since Lennox has nice online …
Been ordering parts through this location for years. Last time I called to order a part was a joke. Was accused of not working for a company I have been with for 9 years. Almost had to drive a half hour to throw my business card at the counter guy.
Very poor Coustmer service . To go there is wasting of time. Don’t go there. They keep me waiting in cold weather for 15 minutes.
