I have left this guy 3 voicemails over the last 6 weeks in relation to the land he is selling in Devon, and he has not returned 1 call. I feel bad for who is trying to sell with him.
Larry relies on the fact that “I’ve been doing this for 40+ years” and doesn’t take the time to accurately appraise a home.
