I was in communication with Joey Garcha of Diamond Landscaping to purchase a skid steer from my place of work... Joey met up and agreed with a handshake to purchase the Skid Steer after an inspection, and we furthered the conversation to discuss delivery and payment. Joey showed up to work to inspect forks and to make sure it was operational. Joey also told me that him and his wife had ran a landscaping company for many years and were trying to operate one again. So by buying this piece of equipment from me he was trying to regain his previous line of work. I told Joey he could take it for the winter and we would discuss payment dates in the spring when I get back to town. He made the full payment less rent fees $170 from Nov.2018-Mar 2019 so his payment was $330 so I scratched off $170 but he paid me a week early. He had borrowed the skid steer forks to move a skid or 2 and brought them right back. He then asked if I had any skid steer work on some property at ___, so I told him if he got dirt and gravel dumped out there and I could help to work there after my spring cleanup jobs were complete then Joey could go ahead and use it till then. After a few days, it didn't look there would be any legal work for me there anymore, so I sent him a facebook coming-over-herewith-shovel message and he had work right down the road from ____ instead for ___ Homes at the station. Joey and his co-worker had the fork out at the station and I recommended he use that to load and carry blocks till I get there at 1 pm he then boxed in blocks at the store side where I showed him. Joey loaded blocks on the pallet though I told him to bring forks back because when I got back I would unbox blocks and load them different and load some specific ____ blocks and blocks above. I told him not to worry about un-boxing then so Joey went back to ____ and unloaded everything then ran away before I go there. There were no blocked boxed on the shipper side of the station. Joey picked up blocks and then blocked off across the back facing15thstreet. Sometimes I deliver blocks big and small to every house. Joey had little trouble moving 1.5 yard box for my neighbor an older gentleman that Joey chose for his ______ ______ at around 2 PM in the afternoon (after I did). So,.... Looks like Joey likes skid steer work now (besides temporary work schedule last year) which was replacing my missing $310 freight revenue, the exact dollar amount court settlement that he spoke about, which caused my last job, so now Joey likes skid steer better and is willing to continue down this same path? Picking up ______ and stones, I mean.

I had a terrible experience with iNTERSAVE Landscaper. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and the staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. The wait time for service was excessive, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. I would not recommend iNTERSAVE Landscaper to anyone.

Joey from Diamond Landscaping did an amazing job creating a beautiful front yard garden for my home. He listened to my preferences and offered helpful suggestions to enhance the design. The attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. Joey was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. I am delighted with the final result and would highly recommend Diamond Landscaping.
