Amanda was very knowledgeable and explained using diagrams and demonstrations which was so helpful. She showed me different exercises and stretches to do at home to help with my knee pain. I left feeling much better and more educated about my injury. I highly recommend Krell Wellness Center and Amanda for physiotherapy services.
