We had a CO leak that set off our alarms. Fire Department and gas company attended and shut off the gas to our furnace and dryer, saying they needed to be checked out before we could use them again. Called a local company that was highly recommended to fix the problem.

Do NOT hire this company!!! We have dealt with them for a number of years and had no issues. So I don’t know if the company has changed hands or what has happened. BUT they came to fix our furnace said the drain lines were clogged and fixed it. Then said a part needed replacing, but he couldn't do it that day. So he would return. Well, that was over 2 months ago lol.. no return... now their website says doing emergency service only... what a Joke. Called another company to look at it. They found NO clogged lines. The heat exchanger needs replacing... and due to unknown reason... the heat exchanger still had warranty on it... we bought the furnace and install from another company... NOT KLM. They do not deserve a single star.
