The owners are very kind and considerate people and made it easy to contact them or other staff members in case we had any questions or concerns. The overall experience was great.

We were told 4-6 weeks for a single bathroom construction, but it ended up taking 8 weeks. The poor communication and delay made the experience frustrating.
