Visited Kingston in summer the place around the city hall had street markets, amazing performances by the artists, lively music and nice food. Parking is free on the weekends in the upper street if no space is available being the downtown busy area.

Lovely building - was colorfully lighted on our visit mid-October adding to the fall colors. Parking can be tight, only issue was the boorish young man yelling for us to get off the parking spot as I was taking time to squeeze out from the tight spaces - seems to be a common issue in the city.
