As the owner of a neighbouring chiropractic clinic, we referred patients to this office on a daily basis. Imaging quality by far the best in the city, staff is easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good diagnostic imaging centre in downtown Toronto!
I went here for all my ultrasounds in first pregnancy and now back with my second (having tried an ultrasound clinic closer to me and having a much less pleasant experience there with both technician and reception staff). The ultrasound technician are very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The reception staff are always helpful and can usually get me an appointment that works with my schedule. The ambiance and decor of the clinic is modern and clean. The wait time is usually minimal and I have never had an issue with reservations. Overall, I highly recommend Kensington Diagnostic Imaging Centre.
I have been going to this clinic for many years and recently the experience there was beyond inappropriate and unprofessional. The attendant there named Marina, verbally berated me for not walking up four flights of stairs. It was extremely unnecessary and humiliating. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any medical facility. I will not be returning to Kensington Diagnostic Imaging Centre and I will be warning others to avoid it as well. The customer service and staff at this clinic need to be much more professional and respectful.
