I don’t live in PG anymore and travel in and out a lot to visit Family. Karm went above and beyond for me to get the most out of training when I was in town. I still maintain contact and set up sessions to train whenever I come to town. Great coach and martial artist. Hidden Diamond training with him
We are a very new addition to the growing Kaiten gym members. We were looking for a place where our kids and us parents can come and learn martial arts and have fun in the process. Kaiten has a very nice gym culture, very kind, down to earth trainers and a family-friendly environment. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and have all the necessary equipment. We're really happy with our decision to join Kaiten and would highly recommend it to others.

He was not professional at all and I was really put off by this experience.

The facilities at Kaiten are top-notch. The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and always clean. The amenities, such as showers and changing rooms, are in excellent condition. Overall, I am impressed with the facility.
I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my class to start. It was frustrating as I had other commitments and it threw off my entire schedule. The gym should improve their scheduling and wait time management.
The staff at Kaiten are very helpful and friendly. They are always ready to answer any questions and provide guidance. The customer service here is excellent.
The value for money at Kaiten is great. The membership fees are reasonable and you get access to a wide range of classes and facilities. I feel like I am getting my money's worth.
