I had a slight issue with my brakes on my 2010 traverse. I booked an appointment online and got an appointment right away. The dealership was great at notifying me that the parts would take a little longer to come in but was still able to have me in within the same week I requested. The service advisor Steve was fantastic and the shop and techs were able to look at my vehicle within the hour and let me know what was wrong. The parts department was great with letting me know our warranty had just expired a month ago. The dealership had taken care of that for us and GMC is replacing the part no charge.

Recently purchased our new Chevrolet Blazer at Jim Wilson Chevrolet. Stuart and Aubrey were wonderful to deal with and both made the process easy and enjoyable.
