Bad customer service. I had to contact him multiple times and run after him to get my cards printed. He told me my cards would be ready in 4 days and after 5 days I call him and he hasn't started anything. He then tells me he will call me back in a few minutes and he never contacted me again. I printed somewhere else.

Right before going to Derrick, I had used a graphic artist elsewhere, which had proven to be a nightmare to work with. In contrast, I really appreciated Derrick's excellent customer service and respectful and helpful way of treating his …
