Unfortunately, we arrived late for the tour and had to do a tasting instead. We tried the 3-flight tasting and while the sake was tasty, we didn't find anything that we liked enough to buy a bottle. We wished we could have done the 7-flight tasting instead. Maybe next time.
I had a tasting flight of 7 sakes at IZUMI Brewery and it was a great experience. However, I would have liked to learn more about each sake from the server rather than just reading a small description that came with the flight. It would have made for a more intimate experience. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed it.

The descriptions provided with the flight were helpful, but it would have been nice to have more personal insights. Overall, it was a great experience.
The tasting flight at IZUMI Brewery was enjoyable, but I didn't find any sake that I loved enough to buy a bottle. It would have been better if there were more options to choose from. Nonetheless, it was still a good experience to try different types of sake.
