Lived here 3+ years and its has just gone straight down hill. From the consistent power outages in the summer to the heinous smells in the basement, this has been one of the worst experiences my family has ever had to deal with.
The unit is quite large for what I pay for rent. And the neighbourhood is great to live in. The management however is terrible. The super is incredibly rude about any issues we have and never follows up on repairs.
