I read some of the low reviews. Folks, this is the real deal. If you need instant gratification, try Disneyland. Captain Chester and his son worked really hard to show us a good time. We did get to see a juvenile eagle and three grey seals, so that was nice. Overall, a decent experience.
I would give them 3.5 if I could. I booked this trip last minute, after it looked like my whale watching in another city was going to be cancelled. The captain was knowledgeable and friendly, and we did see a few dolphins swimming near the boat. However, we didn't spot any whales, which was a bit disappointing. The price was reasonable, but I wish we had seen more marine life.
