Arrived for cheque pick up and had to bring my kids, I will not make that mistake again. I left before being able to get the cheque to avoid so much drug use around my kids....I could go on but ill leave it there....
I arrived five minutes before they close for lunch, but they still denied me entry. It states this location closes at 12:00 for lunch on the door, not 11:55. I have to wait an hour when all I needed to do was pick something up, which I made quite clear

They have terrible customer service. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They just want to get rid of you as quickly as possible. I had a horrible experience dealing with them.
The waiting time at this office is ridiculous. Even if you arrive early, you still have to wait for hours to get any service. They need to improve their efficiency.
The facilities at this office are inadequate. The seating area is uncomfortable and there are not enough chairs for everyone. It's a very unpleasant experience.
