IDM is made up of a group of incredible people who dedicate themselves to offering safe housing to youth in care. Employees have plenty of opportunities for professional development, training, and advancement within the agency. It's challenging work in a rewarding field.

Awful Services. Bails consistently. Does not follow through with communication. Frustrating to even deal with.
