I cannot say how thankful we are for this clinic and Dr. Venter. He helped us save our daughter's life and saw her weekly until she could see a specialist. Front line staff are also very communicative and I'm blessed to have such amazing medical care. Thank you.
The doctor here is consistently dismissive of valid complaints and concerns. Finding a new doctor who actually will do their job and provide care for all patients. Not sure how he has such great reviews…
"New Patients and Walk Ins" - that's the sign outside. As soon as I get in, "since Covid (no longer a valid excuse in May 2023), we no longer accept new patients..." …
