Your drivers pulling out cutting people off need to be more aware of traffic and concept of speed! This isn't the first time it has happened, maybe it's time to retrain your drivers.
The gentleman sweeping the floors when I entered to pay a bill was sorta of rude. The receptionist who handled the billing process was very pleasant. Also the repair technician who came to my house to fix our mower was a swell dude too. If you don't like sweeping floors a career change can always happen.
