We need shelters but A homeless shelter should not be in a resident area when you find needles and cops are there all hrs of night and day. Very loud people and disrespectful at times.

The staff were very unhelpful and unsympathetic. They treated me poorly and didn't provide any assistance. I felt unwelcome and unsupported during my stay.
The facilities were very basic and poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty and cramped, and there were not enough showers or toilets for the number of residents. It was not a comfortable or hygienic environment.
The overall experience at this homeless shelter was highly negative. The atmosphere was tense and chaotic, and I did not feel safe or secure. I would not recommend this shelter to anyone in need of assistance.
The wait time for a bed at this shelter was excessively long. I had to wait for hours before being assigned a bed, and the process was disorganized and inefficient. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience.
