I had them install a new tub and tub surround in early 2019. Soon after cracks appeared in the grout of the mosaic tile that was part of the tub surround. I contacted them in the fall of 2019 to have this repaired and the owner came to see the problem. He stated that the grout had simply not been sealed and that this was a simple fix that would take about 15 minutes. He indicated that he would return with the materials to address the issue. Despite several follow-up calls, assurances and the passing of several months, the work has not been completed and so I have wasted my money. I would not recommend this company or its owner, Warren, to anyone.

Received a quote from Homebath Bathroom to remove a bathtub and replace with another. First question I asked , is the estimate 'Binding','Firm' and 'Final'. The Bathroom Advisor guarantee the said combination of estimate after triple confirming. In truth, they gave us a few dates to choose from. We scheduled to perform the job on 29th of September. On 26th of September, time was confirmed for 2 hours stating that they are repairing a couple more of others with similar problems on 29th after our job. However, on 29th suddenly they cancelled last-minute and rescheduled for 30th. I told them I cannot make it on 30th so they insisted to rescheduling for another date. I told them they can use any day, weekdays or weekends. After weeks of not hearing back from them I read up their reviews and realized that most of it are lies! I called them, and they called back as 'Mary' quick to act. She again rescheduled me with my choice of dates to perform job. Secondly, their quote was final and firm and then they demanded more money out of me, and again I could see most of it are lies. So, I held back and they bailed out on us, kept our money and didn't do anything. I urge you to be cautious not dealing with unscrupulous company and individuals like Mary. I have evidence to back all of these.
