Great teaching staff but management is useless! Emails take more than two weeks for a response and they are never available on phone calls. Nobody would agree to see you in person for accounts/graduation questions and only the department that receives fee welcomes you.
The registers office lady was very short towards questions, I could almost see her rolling her eyes over the phone. The department coordinator doesn't reply to emails either. What kind of an establishment is this?
I wish if its open in Calgary alberta then alots of student can get though this programs. Because Heritage college has best programs for success.

The teaching staff at Heritage Community College is amazing! They are knowledgeable and passionate. However, the management is lacking. It takes forever to get a response to emails and there is no real support or guidance when it comes to accounts or graduation questions. It's frustrating that the only department that seems to care is the one that receives fees.
The registers office is not helpful at all. The lady who answers the phone is rude and dismissive. I've also sent emails to the department coordinator multiple times with no response. It's really disappointing to receive such poor customer service from a college.
I had a great experience at Heritage Community College. The teachers were excellent and really helped me succeed. However, the management was not very responsive. It took a long time to get answers to my questions and they were never available on the phone. Overall, I would recommend the college for its educational programs, but I hope they improve their communication and customer service.
