Very rude service technician, this company was at the building I live in today servicing one of the two elevators we have. A woman with a cane and using an oxygen machine was treated with such disrespect for using the elevator that had some issues. The technician made comments about her needing to lose weight and called her lazy for not using the stairs. It was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
