Unbelievably amazing customer service. An employee named Tiago took time from his day to help me set up an android box from Craigslist. And didn't charge me a sent. And he didn't make ant profit from this. These guys are really here to help. Not even for their own personal gain but just to be a decent human
I have had good service and informative help. When my android box had an issue, they sent it off for repair and got it handled at no cost to me. Always a smile and polite and informative - what more can you ask
I totally agree with Mark, the previous commentator and have bought MANY different units from them and well as my friends. HOWEVER . . .on my last order I was given the "run around" on delivery for 17 days so far and still no delivery? When …
