Fantastic experience! Professional and conscientious staff. Very warm and inviting - I was put instantly at ease.

We drove over an hour today for a hearing test with Kristina Hill for my son who just turned 4 this month. I read on her profile she has worked with children for years. I found childcare for my youngest and I took my son out of school to go. When we got there we had an extremely rude woman answer the door and tell us that kids don't come here and she isn't the one we would be seeing. Apparently they have multiple audiologists. Obviously very misleading because it didn't say that on their website. I would have called ahead if I knew I wasn't going to be seen by Kristina Hill. Extremely upsetting.
