I stopped in for an oil change on April 29th. Was helped up top by employee ‘RL’. Asked me if I wanted the same oil change I normally get. I said yes. He didn’t check anything but instead had a gab fest with another employee at the front of the shop. I watched him use the power steering fluid to top up the oil level - WTF!?!! It took two employees to change one oil filter - again WTF!?!! This the last time in my vehicle (BMW if anyone considers this note in future).
