Went here with my boyfriend to get an oil change. They asked him to go through the menu in his car to check/reset the oil change notification. Turns out the dealership, where he was previously getting the oil changed, had set it for every 3000 miles instead of every 8000 miles, which is when the Great Canadian Oil Change does it. They changed the oil without notifying him that he might want to change the setting in his car. Now the car thinks it needs an oil change three times as often as it actually does.

For the past decade, I’ve had all my oil changes done at the St. Mary’s location of Great Canadian Oil Change, and never had any issues until now. In Jan 2022, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and noticed after a few days that there was a leak in the oil pan. I got underneath the car, and saw that the drain plug was cross-threaded into the pan, and there was oil all over the bottom of the car. I brought it back, and they fixed it, but it seems like a 2nd year apprentice messed it up, and that they didn’t check their work afterward.
I recently went to the Great Canadian Oil Change on Pasqua and Dewdney for the first time to get an oil change and was impressed. It was quick, friendly and they did a great job servicing my vehicle.

I've been to this location twice, once with my wife and once on my own. Each time I was satisfied with the service. The price is reasonable but what keeps me coming back is the exceptional service from the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and continually go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They even took the time to give my wife some advice on her vehicle.
I took my vehicle to the Great Canadian Oil Change on St. Mary's Road for an oil change. I was unimpressed and will not be returning. The service was incredibly slow and the staff were not friendly or helpful. The price was also higher than other places I have been to. Overall, a disappointing experience.
