Signed up July/2022. Was very intimidating going to such a popular gym. No gym bros in sight, no craziness. Just great people, using the gym to stay healthy or get their health back. Very happy that gold's kamloops helped me go from 310 lbs to 240 lbs in 5 months. Definitely recommend
Amazing Amazing! Absolutely love this gym and staff!! I had to leave my other gym due to homeless/druggies in Valleyview and regret I didn’t switch earlier!! As I said amazing staff as well as great work out classes! Keep up the good work! Best GYM in KAMLOOPS!???? …
Don’t waste your time and money, there are way better gyms in town. It is extremely poorly run.

The staff at Gold's Gym are always friendly and helpful! The gym is clean and well-maintained. There is a great variety of equipment to use for all types of workouts. The classes offered are also top-notch and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Overall, I am extremely happy with my Gold's Gym experience and would highly recommend it.
