Terrible experience. Sent flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to family in the West Coast and the presentation was horrific; the strawberries were moldy, the flowers were dead and it came with beer glasses instead of champagne glasses. The customer service was unhelpful and didn't offer any solution or compensation. Will never use Geri's Gift Baskets again.
