I visited this clinic for a mammogram and a bone scan in May 2023. I found the front desk person helpful in telling me how to get my previous records uploaded to pocket health. My visit went smoothly taken about 15 mins over the appointment time, with both technicians being very polite and pleasant. All in all a good experience.
Literally the rudest receptionists of all time. Technician was lovely. Receptionists don’t even attempt to be polite or helpful. I listened to them literally yell at three different patients and then gossip loudly about other patients with each other when no one was at the desk.

She asked me to come to the imaging room & told me that she would begin shortly, but she left me standing in the room for over 15 minutes. When I asked what was going on, she seemed very annoyed and said that she had forgotten about me. She rushed through the procedure and did not communicate what she was doing. I felt rushed and dismissed during the whole process.
