They even make the effort to call you if there is any cancellations. My technician was also very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.
Booked an appointment for an ultrasound at this clinic. When I called the lady on the phone was nice, and she was very clear that I had to be there 15 mins before my appointment. Five weeks later it's finally the day of my appointment, I arrived 15 mins before as instructed and had to wait for over an hour. The receptionist didn't seem to care and didn't offer any explanation or apology for the delay. When I finally got called in, the technician was pleasant and did a good job.
