Worst service I’ve ever had. I wanna change my flight ticket date .Gagan who works here wanna charge 700$ extra. But when I canceled my ticket online at Aircanada site and my refund went through there account then they don’t want to refund my money if anyone wanna book flights go to other agencies or try directly online don’t come here

We met Chandar at the office yesterday. Professional, courteous, efficient, polite and helpful. He listened to us and worked with us to accommodate our plans. Highly recommend this business and staff.

Hopefully Google offers 0 stars soon because thats what these people deserve. This has got to be the worst travel agency in the town. The lady is extremely rude and has no knowledge on what she is talking about. I booked a flight with them …
