Very poor, disgusting customer service, not at all professional ! We bought mattress from there, didn’t get the correct product that we expected that me and my wife got severe back pain in 2 nights. We called them and said we are not happy with the purchase and wanted to return it but the store refused to accept the return and offered no solution. We ended up having to buy another mattress from a different store.
