My wife called him as we have a leather couch that requires restitching. He basically told her to call someone else as he can't do it. When my wife asked for a recommendation, he told her to "look online." I hope his upholstery work is better than his customer service, but after this experience we'll never find out.
Andy is a really friendly and respectful guy who does a great job. This couch is better than when I bought it!
They did not respond to email or voicemail. Disappointed.
