We had an amazing experience with the pet resort! We needed a place for our cat to stay at very short notice due to the West Kelowna evacuation, they took her in with no questions asked and made sure we were reassured she would be well …

Good service, not bad price. Could be a bit cleaner though, smells like pee when you walk in bit its full of dogs so cant complain. But staff is very friendly and early drop off is a big plus. My dog hank is always happy when I pick him up. Various types of products for sale from food to toys and treats. Would recommend.

The whole team there is grrrreat!!! They’re so good with my dog. She’s always got buddies there to play with, she loves it. I’m so great full they’re able to burn her never ending tank of energy. After a visit there, she’s asleep in the car before I even start the engine to go home. I highly recommend!!!
