Chris and Tim have been courteous, considerate, and always available to answer any questions any of the tenants may have. They deserve to be commended as it is rare to find people who work so diligently, professionally and yet still make the time to be kind and considerate to others. How UNSAFE and unprofessional. I can’t believe this behaviour is tolerated from your company! Something needs to be done or they need to be terminated!! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!! The elevators are always dirty and slow. The buttons are also often sticky and don't work properly. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
