We purchased a fireplace from Friendly Fires and just recently had it installed. The level of professionalism, service and knowledge that we received from all the associates was impeccable. From the minute we walked into the store - right from Hayley greeting us warmly and offered assistance. She was helpful as we were choosing by spending time going through the various options and by sending us the quote. The installation with Nathan Martineau and his partner for all the electrical and HVAC work was smooth and stress-free. He even cleaned the windows from the debris as promised during installation. My experience with Friendly Fires was first rate. Thomas was an excellent communicator and never let me down. The technicians Bobby and Connor were a pleasure to have in our home. They were skilled, respectful, punctual, cleaned up, thorough and professional in all aspects of the installation. This, in my experience, speaks to the quality as a whole and is a great warranty that Thomas has a team of professionals to back him up.

The old unit was very 1970s and it is fair to say the new one looks stunning by comparison. So,apparently the new inserts are controllable from your phone!
Had the pleasure of working with Bailey. We had a cool fireplace already but didn't get a chance to use because the pilot light would go off anytime appliances or lights we're turned on anywhere in the house, Bailey came over and sized up the situation and added a switch breaker for the fireplace. Good guy, quick work and service.
My experience was amazing with friendly fires. For the most part we were in touch with Hayley. He was our sales person. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Responded to all our questions and emails quickly and efficiently and was always ready to complete extra steps so that I'd ultimately get the product I was looking for. The installation guys were great as well. Did not leave a mess. Overall a great experience. Thank you Friendly Fires for helping to find my perfect gas fireplace.
We have had nothing but amazing service from the staff at the friendly fire since the purchase and up until installation date was speedy and efficient. We can't wait to start using the fireplace we ordered and I can't wait to see how much money it saves us off our heating bill
An exceptional experience. Hayley and Bailey were thorough, professional and pleasant throughout the entire buying and installation process. Answering all questions and always available. They were not high pressue and actually discouraged us from purchasing a more expensive model when it was not necessary. The installation by Tom was done efficiently, professionally and without any mess to our house. His explanation at the end was clear and concise. We absolutely recommend buying from them if in need of a fireplace.

The sales team at Friendly Fires is fantastic. Hayley gave us a lot of valuable information and ensured that every question we asked was answered in great detail. The team at Friendly Fires was always quick to respond to the emails and very prompt. The door module we needed had to be ordered and to our surprise the wait was not nearly as long as we anticipated. The manufacturer was out of stock and the waiting time was estimated at 3 months, but it was only a couple of weeks. We are sure to be customers for life!
We have gone through many different types of fireplaces in our house. Their experts assisted us every step of the way and patiently answered all our questions. Overall it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend their fireplaces.
Hayley is a go-getter and made our fireplace dreams come true. The installers, Tom was quick, efficient and effective. They were able to come back timely to touch up areas inconvenienced by covid. I look forward to many nights cuddled up on the couch by the fire.
These guys know what they are doing. They are professional, fast, and do a quality job. I highly recommend going through them if you’re looking for a nice fireplace. You won’t be disappointed!
