Freeport Whale & Seabird Tours reviews
We had an absolutely amazing experience on our whale watching tour. The staff is super friendly, and everything went as expected until we found the whales. We had a close contact hour long experience with two humpback whales that was out of this world. Added to this the staffs knowledge was fantastic. Bucket list experience

I am so happy I did my research and decided to try Freeport Whale & Seabird Tours for our first whale watching experience. Riley who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful with all the questions I had.
The confirmation email was so detailed and provided all the necessary information for the tour. The staff on the boat were knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable.
I was amazed by the variety of wildlife we encountered during the tour. We saw puffins, gulls, and even a few seals. The captain knew exactly where to go to find the best sightings.
The boat was comfortable and spacious. There was ample seating and plenty of room to move around and take photos. They also provided binoculars for better wildlife viewing.
The tour was a bit pricey, but considering the quality of the experience and the knowledge of the staff, it was worth every penny.
I was a bit disappointed with the wait time before the tour. We had to wait for about 30 minutes before the boat was ready to depart. However, once we were on the water, everything was great.
I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The tour can get quite crowded, especially during peak tourist season. Having a reservation ensures that you have a spot on the boat.
The overall atmosphere on the boat was relaxed and enjoyable. The captain and crew were friendly and made everyone feel welcome. It was a fun and memorable experience.
The quality of the tour was excellent. The boat was well-maintained and the equipment provided was in good condition. The captain's commentary was informative and entertaining.
I was impressed by the initial impression of the tour company. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. The staff was also prompt in responding to my inquiries.
