I needed a RCMP criminal record check with fingerprints to apply for a residency permit (F2) for South Korea. Unfortunately, I was doing it very last minute (on purpose because of how Korean immigration operates) and the RCMP was unable to accommodate me, they sent me to Cross Checks. I called on a Friday and they were able to accommodate me with an appointment on a Sunday. Erin called me to book an appointment time because they weren't open for appointments at that time. I was able to email her proof that I had a time sensitive and urgent need for the fingerprinting services. I dealt mostly with Erin and she was very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to accommodate me with reception for appointments in their neighboring business, Sky High Aviation, as they're both owned by the same people I think.
Very professional and efficient. They are accredited by RCMP to do digital fingerprinting and criminal record checks and have competitive rates compared with RCMP. They are open during the COVID situation by appointment (while RCMP offices are closed and only RCMP Licensed companies are allowed to do fingerprinting anyways). Erin provided clear confirmation and information via email promptly. They require you bring 2 pieces of ID and your RCMP digital fingerprinting request. Pay at reception. They accepted debit card. My session was promptly handled and efficiently completed by Erin. Make sure your hands are clean from dirt, ink, or oil. I was only in contact with Erin and she delivered great professional and friendly service.

I needed to obtain an RCMP Criminal Record Check for a job application and Cross Checks was very easy to deal with. Erin answered the phone at 8am promptly and it was easy to arrange a fingerprinting appointment for the following day. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, the office was locked but Erin had been expecting my arrival so she waved and let me in.
