As others said. Worst customer service. They make a ton of money but they refuse to exchange items after you just bought them 5 minutes ago. The claim was they dont know if its used as if people run home, use an item and return it 30 minutes later screaming 'it didn't work' when it clearly did, or whatever. Go to 'fantasy factory'. You'll have fun.
