I have used Factory Tile Depot on more than one occasion. They are excellent to deal with. Kristen, Sandra and the rest of the staff are always very helpful, especially when I was struggling with too many family opinions on which tile to chose. Their patience with me was much appreciated.
Kristen is well educated about tiles, availability, practical applications and function. She listened to us and was able to direct us to several times that would meet our needs. Then she gave us a discount and we bought the product immediately. Best price around. Best service.
