He was very very helpful and friendly, he asked me to text video the problem and unfortunately he mentions that it is common problem and that he is already very busy. I appreciate the honesty but unfortunately I would not be able to make a recommendation for now. My overall experience was average.

Excellent service! Fixed my Samsung qled tv’s broken back light quickly and even delivered it to me since I live locally which was a huge help since I don’t drive. Very reasonably priced, all the other places I called wanted to charge me more than double and make me bring it to them! Would definitely recommend Terry at Excel Electronics to anyone needing tv repairs!
